Our searches abroad led us to four copies so far - all in university libraries - The libraries of Berkley, UCLA, and the Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati and Los Angeles. The staff at Berkley were very helpful and inspected their copy for us, but unfortunately it carries nothing to identify its former owner or the place from which it came from.
