Shipping Methods
International mail is sent via registered airmail; Packages within Israel are sent by regular mail. We do not offer express mail services due to their high price. However, customers who need express service can contact us for rates.

Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. There are very few countries to which the Israeli Postal Company gives no service to, and therefore we are unable to ship there. All countries we ship to appear in the Shipping Rates table below.

Handling and Arrival Time
Most orders are handled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Arrival time varies according to the destination of the package. Packages sent to Israeli addresses should arrive within 3-7 business days. Most international packages will arrive within 8-21 business days.

Free pickup
Customers who wish to pick up the books in our store in Zikhron Ya'akov, should choose the option of "Free pickup" in the second checkout screen, and shipping charges will be cancelled. The books are not stored in Zikhron Ya'akov so you must wait for us to inform you that the books you ordered arrived there.
